These terms govern your use of CryptoAI Pro. By creating an account you agree to them.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, its rate limits or other users.
2. Plans
The Standard plan is free. Premium features are enabled by our team on request and may carry an expiry date shown in your settings. Plan quotas (AI requests, watchlists, alerts, API rate) may change; the current limits are listed on the pricing page.
3. Acceptable use
Do not scrape, resell or redistribute market data or AI output, attempt to bypass quotas or security controls, or use webhooks to attack third-party systems.
4. No investment advice
The service provides information only. See the Risk disclaimer for details.
5. Availability and liability
The service is provided “as is”. We work to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, data accuracy or alert delivery. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses or indirect damages.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect.
