Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
1. What we collect
Account data (name, email, password hash or Google account id), your watchlists, alerts, notification settings and AI requests, plus technical data such as IP address, device and usage telemetry needed to run and secure the service.
2. How we use it
To provide the terminal, evaluate and deliver your alerts, enforce plan quotas, prevent abuse and improve the product. We do not sell personal data.
3. AI processing
AI analyses are generated by Google Gemini models from public market data and headlines. Your personal notes and account details are not sent to the AI provider.
4. Notifications
Browser push subscriptions and webhook secrets are stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM). Webhooks send alert payloads only to URLs you configure.
5. Security
Traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS), sessions use HTTP-only cookies, sensitive fields are encrypted at rest and administrative actions are audited.
6. Your choices
You can edit your profile, export or delete watchlists and alerts, revoke sessions and turn off notification channels in Settings. Contact support to delete your account.
